The Shipping Process
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking code. It is recommended to monitor your order’s progress. If you are not available to receive the delivery, you can contact the courier service directly to arrange a redelivery.
The tracking code provided will include a numeric tracking number, which will indicate both the dispatch date and the expected delivery date.
Possible Shipping Scenarios
If you miss the delivery multiple times, the courier service may eventually discard the parcel. In such cases, neither our company nor the courier service will be responsible for the loss of the product or any associated costs.
For orders with multiple items, we strive to dispatch and deliver all items together in one shipment. However, due to time gaps between orders or specific customization requirements, there may be instances where items are shipped in two or three separate shipments.
Please note that we cannot ship orders to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses due to safety concerns.

Delivery Time
Once we produce and package the products customers have ordered, we promptly dispatch the orders. Typically, the recorded dispatch time for orders is within 8-9 days at most. However, for customized items, the process may take significantly longer, possibly up to 20 days or roughly 3 weeks before dispatch.
If your order hasn't been shipped within 25 days, you have the option to request a refund or seek assistance from our customer support team. Furthermore, we keep our customers informed about their orders by sending email notifications containing the tracking code for easy delivery tracking.
