Return and Exchange Policy

  • Defective Goods: Should your item arrive in a damaged condition, we apologize and will promptly refund your purchase.
  • Item Quality: If the item you received is not in new condition, we'll happily issue a refund.
  • Incorrect Product: In the unlikely event of receiving the wrong product, we'll rectify the error by refunding your purchase.

Exceptions to our Return & Refund Policy:

  • Change of mind: Once the package has been shipped, we are unable to process returns for reasons such as a change of mind.
  • Order Cancellation: If a refund is requested more than 2 business days after placing an order, we can only offer an 80% refund due to the immediate production processing of orders.
  • Size Issues: To prevent returns due to sizing, we recommend reaching out via email or WhatsApp before making a purchase to confirm the perfect fit. Kindly note that we do not offer full refunds for size-related concerns as sizes are finalized post-order placement. Thank you for your understanding in this regard.
  • Time Limit: Refunds must be requested within 7 business days of delivery. Regrettably, refunds cannot be processed beyond this timeframe.
  • Customized Jackets: Please be aware that personalized jackets are tailored exclusively for you according to your preferences. Because of their customized nature, we regret to inform you that refunds cannot be provided for these items.

Shipping Costs: The shipping cost paid during delivery cannot be refunded. If you're ineligible for a refund but want to voice dissatisfaction, feel free to contact us. However, any return shipping costs in these situations will be your responsibility.

Inspection Time: Please be aware that it will take us 48 to 72 business hours to inspect the jacket once it has been returned. We thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete this process. 😊

Requesting a Refund:

To initiate a refund, kindly reach out to us via email, including your issue, order ID, and images of the item. We urge you not to open a case to facilitate a seamless procedure. Opening a case may lead to a potential loss of refund eligibility from our end, with the possibility of the bank handling the refund post-case resolution, which may involve a delay.
